This spreadsheet uses the guidance that ACE have published to help you break down your answers into smaller parts and also to help you look at the form is a more visual way. It might not be helpful for everybody but it really helps me create my applications. I use it for my first drafts to logically collect all the information I need and then I re-draft that content into full answers.

You should base all of your application on the official guidance that the Arts Council have published, this spreadsheet can only help you digest the amount of information there by breaking it up into smaller chunks.
