The philosophy behind cultural organising resists the managerial and professional-class dominance over culture. While we can help others do that in our _Funds department, there is a limit to the change that can create. We need to help more people get the skills to do this kind of organising and that's where _Organises comes in.

We're trying to grow the number of people with organising skills, so more people can do some of that work too.
